Dr. Raymond Wong is the General Manager in Baguio iRecycle Limited which is a subsidiary of Baguio Green Group (stock number: 1397) in Hong Kong. Baguio iRecycle Limited developed iRecycle app which provides a platform to connect residents & waste producers, merchant partners, collectors and recyclers to recycle glass and plastic bottles. With the big data support, the app can help sustainability heads and marketers to promote their branding.

Dr. Wong has worked in the listed companies in mainland China and APAC in different industries including financial planning, luxury retail and telecommunications. Dr. Wong has over 25 years of experience in business development, corporate training, marketing and management. Also, Dr. Wong has been the visiting lecturer at Chinese University, Baptist University and Polytechnic University over 10 years.

Dr. Wong was awarded Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Art in Communication, Master of Social Science in Counseling and PhD in Enterprise Management.

Having lived in the United States for many years, returned to Hong Kong after married. Our children were both born in Hong Kong and went to local elite school Maryknoll Convent School and Diocesan Boys’ School! During raising up my own children, I deeply learnt how Hong Kong families dream for prestigious and high-quality schools. I have also served as a volunteer for the Parent-Teacher Association of Diocesan Preparatory School and Diocesan Boys’ School for 12 years! During these period, I learnt how to prepare teaching materials and resources to help my own children and students in need! I believe as responsible parents, the most important investment is the education of their own children!

From 2004 to 2014, accompanied my husband to work in both Hong Kong and Shanghai for a period of time, I witnessed the enthusiasm & preparation of mainland students who aim for World’s top tier schools. I started investigate how these students successfully finished study and returned to China for start up in their study fields. I also helped many mainland students apply for overseas prestigious schools during this period!

In the process of helping my daughter transfer to an excellent boarding school in the United States, I deeply learnt the differences in the cultural and academic requirements of high-end institutions in China and the United States, and understands the admission concept of world-renowned schools! In the process of planning my son's application to American universities, I have met a senior college planning consultant from Harvard to help my son completed the entire planning & application. Finally my son was admitted to his favorite school and completed his bachelor & master degree in 4.5 years!

With years of volunteer services, follow up children ’s education, and the knowledge of Harvard style consultation, I learnt the admission standards and culture of prestigious schools. After my son went to US to study, I started Consilium Education Center. With my professional and experience, I hope to help more students to plan efficiently , optimize their grades, and gear up their background to reach their dream schools! Over the years, we have successfully assisted students from different walks advance to high-quality institutions among the United States, Britain, Australia , Canada and started their dream lives!
